The Stag at Redhill has a long and distinguished history. It started life as Stratford’s court room and jail, very evident when you walk around and see the original cell door and many of the original cell windows cast in iron. Now The Stag is a traditional inn with original features preserved as best they could. We have a traditional bar, a carvery available Saturday and Sunday lunch times as well as our full menu and specials boards. The menu is just as welcoming. Whether it’s dinner for 2 or more, a relaxed Sunday roast or a business lunch, there’s something wholesome and delicious to suit. The excellent children’s menu will have younger guests licking their lips as well, and there will be a whole host of special daily menus and themed evenings happening throughout the week Of course, location counts too, and The Stag’s couldn’t be better. Definitely a rural inn, it rests contently in the Warwickshire countryside that has been its home for hundreds of years. Yet it couldn’t be easier to find, as it sits proudly on the A46 between busy Stratford and sleepy Alcester. Hunting this particular stag will be a doddle.
